Touch Wiz Phone Includes Drag-and-Drop

Samsung�s new Touch Wiz F480 cellphone allows users to customize their phone using a drag-and-drop feature that provides access to favorite functions. The phone also features an FM radio and a 5 mega-pixel camera with automatic face-detection technology, an image stabilizer, and smile shot mode.
