    This is not my first experience with this seller. I have bought before, and every sales I make always is a positive experience. They have pretty fair shipping charges to Puerto Rico, since other online sellers use International Shipping instead of US Postal Shipping, thus reducing overall cost of the final purchase. I am very pleased with this customer, looking forward to make my X-mas shopping here :)

    I have ordered high end cameras, equipment, GPS, computer supplies from this vendor. Typically I call one salesperson, Alex.He knows me, he has given me good advice about the products I have purchased. I find that if I find a lower price somewhere else he will try to match it. Returns, even on a $1600 camera lens was easy and my refund without re-stocking fee. I now check with Alex and J&R before I buy any electronic equipment, camera accessories or computer suuplies.

    Unfortunately, the camera didnt work. It wouldnt even charge up. This was to be used for Thanksgiving so its too late to get a replacement. This was a reunion that cant be repeated so its very disappointing.
