    The best price on the Panasonic SC-BT100 Home Theater System I found. Order notifications for purchase approval and shipping were simple, concise and intuitive. No junk mail received to date after the purchase.Definitely recommend this merchant.

    A great deal on my sony lcd tv, and the best customer service. I chose Vanns because of their return policy and their price guarantee. In fact, they lowered the price $100.00 on the item I purchased a week after I purchased it. I call them and without hesitation they credited my credit card $100.00.

    Vanns is awesome. Really nice, personable customer service and great prices, especially on sale items and in the clearance department. Ive been able to buy better quality stuff then I would normally be able to afford as a result of said special pricing. In addition, when they were having a problem with their phone service, I got a near immediate call from response to a customer service issue I posted on their email form. The actually called three times the same day - once to get the details of the problem, once to tell me that they working to find the solution, and once to inform the problem was resolved with expedited FedEx overnight shipping. Nice people and a real commitment to customer service!
