No one researches and takes there time buying a LCD TV with a online retail store more then me.I spend 3 months looking at TVs and calling places online to find the best price and customer service.I purchaed my Samsung 850 series LCD at Dealcost.com. I couldnt of been more happier. Morris went out of way to take his time on the phone with me to talk and answer everything. He put a package together that was in my price range and not only matched competitors but beat them!!! In two days, they did a follow up call to check up and let me know everything is ready to ship out on time. I spoke with a supervisor (Jerry) and explained that i needed the TV before the DEC 14th and with no questions,He went out of his way to make sure that TV will be here either on time or early!I cant wait for TV.The bottom line is this place works first class with customer service as well as prices!! I GIVE THIS COMPANY 10 ********** IF I COULD!!!!! IF YOUR GETTING READY FOR CYBER MONDAY,GO TO DEALCOST.COM!!!!

Assuming my order comes in good condition, with notice so I can be home for its arrival, and on time (2-4 weeks is fine), I\ll be very please and will order from this site again.

I ordered a TV yesterday and I received a "confirmation" phone call today that quickly turned into a sales pitch for an extended warranty. Unfortunately, while I was originally interested in purchasing the warranty, the sales person was hostile and pushy. He kept telling me he was doing me a "favor" and didnt care if I bought it or not. It was your typical "hard sell" approach that completely turned me off to the idea of giving DealCost any additional business.

The 52" TV was sent Fedex and was well packed. This was one of the best Internet purchased that I have made. Delivered quickly, and safely. Will be my choice for my next purchase.

Impressed that they called to confirm my order. Very fast in sending it out. My only complaint is that they said that the product only has a small window for a return and no warranty since it was sold below the manufacturers recommended retain selling price. Even after buying a 4 year warranty, it was still cheaper than buying it anywhere else I looked.

Smooth transaction. The LCD TV was delivered in the very early part of the estimated time of arrival, 7-30 days for free delivery. I mistakenly gave the delivery guys the wrong phone number, somehow they tracked me down on the delivery day to get the unit to my house before taking it back to the warehouse. Good service and price, Im a happy customer.
