    I was very happy with my buying experience with PlasmaBay. I purchased a Sharp 52" LCD HDTV from this company and they were extremely helpful and always answered my questions quickly and honestly. I was informed of the progress of my order in a timely manner and I would highly recommend PlasmaBay to others. I would most definitely purchase from them again. This was a most enjoyable purchase!

    This is the best company on the internet! I have told so many people about this website that I think I should start receiving commission!! I LOVE my Samsung LCD TV. Even though we have had it now for 2 months we still "awe" at the picture quality--its truly amazing!

    I communicated with them 4 times(first, second and third business day). They tried to sell me additional product and used an excuse of the credit card being invalid. They did not inform me that they did not have the TV in stock until the third business day after the on-line order when I called them to request the delivery schedule. They could only tell me on this third day that they would contact me in the following 1 or 2 business days to inform me when they might get the product in stock. I asked in each of the conversations if the product was going to be delivered to me before Christmas (fyi, a 6 business day duration from order to delivery that included an express UPS delivery upcharge) and was told yes. I am now buying this product from another company to be delivered after Christmas.

    Ordering was easy. I will have to see if they want to try to get me to buy other things before they will process my order (this has happened on another "low price" site - that is why I switched to this site).

    Placed an order online for a 52" Samsung LCD. Received a telephone call within 3 hours with delivery instructions. Sales person offered free express delivery if we took 3 year warranty. Since first time with LCD and HD, said yes. On 5th business day, sent 2 e-mails with no response, called, was told that the 3-5 business days refers to when it leaves the warehouse, not from date of order. As of 12/18, TV still hadnt left warehouse.Customer support said that the TV would leave the warehouse today and that its 3-5 business days from today for delivery. I noticed that the retail price was now $100 lower than when I bought it 7 days ago. She said, in effect, "tough -- you bought it -- prices go up and down all the time." She then offered to transfer me to her managers voicemail. At this point I told her to forget it and to cancel the order.After lying unconvincingly for a few minutes, and againgst my better judgement, was promised 48hr delivery and $150 less. Well see!
