    In checking the shipment notice I cant believe the item I ordered will be here 2 days. Amazing!!!! This is the second time I have ordered from J & R and both times I have had wonderful service. Thank you, J & R 11/27/08 This purchase was a gift for my daughter. We took it to her house and installed it only to find that it would not work. There was no labeling on the pkg that contents were fragile and pkg showed NO damage. We have not contacted J & R to see what to do with a broken CPU.

    FINALLY someone who will ship printer cartridges to my U.S. territory!! Although, your shipping charges were outrageous-- I would like to see you put in a USPS priority mail option for U.S. territories, as that is the best way to ship here.

    The search routine can be improved. Sometimes it has trouble searching for character strings including a hyphen.

    I havent recieved the product yet, but hopefully will recieve in a couple of days. The only problem I had was that the first three computers that I went to purchase were sold out but not listed on the web page yet. It was a little frustrating to spend all the time researching each computer to only find out that it was sold out.I actually bought a less expensive computer because of this.

    I pre-ordered a movie and was a little disappointed that they did not ship it in advance of its actual release date like many other retailers do. It was shipped on the day the movie was available in stores.
