    I have never heard of this site so I am a bit nervous as to the quality of the merchandise and its customer services to back up.

    A good experience, but, will have to see when merchandise arrives if still happy. Merchandise arrived in 4 days from order date, excellent condition,well packed.

    Well see how it goes after the order arrives. To this point, Im very pleased.The TV arrived yesterday--one day early and appears to be in perfect shape.

    so far so good. well see if it comes on time and in excellent condition. The home theater system arrived on time. The box was a bit damaged, but not in a way that appeared to affect the condition of the contents. Overall, this was an excellent experience. I would use B and H photo-video again.

    Very friendly website. By the way, you came highly recommended by more than one poster on Texags.com, a wesite devoted to sports enthusiasts of my alma mater, Texas A&M University. I merely posted an inquiry about good online camera sources. Your name came up, repeatedly.

    I couldnt believe the price. I cant wait for the camera to arrive. I recommend contacting the order verification department if you have never ordered from them before. This will help avoid any delay in shipping. I did contact them the next day and order was shipped that day. Due to Thanksgiving, the delivery did take an extra day or two; but this was due to UPS not working. Camera arrived in excellent condition and was packaged very well. I will be sure to check them out in the future whenever I need to purchase anything new.
