    By far Officetronics is one of the best companies I have dealt with. I have ordering from Officetronics for 3 years now and not a single problem with them. I have probably spent close to 20k with these guys in 3 years and there service is phenomenal!

    I originally ordered 2 printers. After 1 week, one was received. After waiting several days for second printer, I called and found out it was no longer available. (It had been charged to my credit card though) I asked for a printer with the same specs. and was given the model # for one "that had same exact specs except one tray versus two". I was told that my credit card could not be credited for the $170.00 difference that a check would be sent. I received a check for $20.00. Had to call again and another check was sent for $150.00. I twice requested a corrected invoice showing what we ended up purchasing--never did receive one. Assuming that we were given correct info that specs were same, we opened printer 40 or so days later--it was not network capable as original order was.I was informed that it cannot be returned as time limit has exceeded but kindly given the name of a person at hp who will order us a $325.00 jetdirect adapter for a $500 printer. NO Thanks

    Can I say WooHoo for Officetronics for deliverying my Camera right on time for my Daughters Birthday. I called them and there service was by far the most friendly than any other company. Fast delivery and reliable merchant.

    These guys deliver very quickly to my surprise. Placed an order on Tuesday product was at my door on Wednesday. They had one of the best prices on this HP Photosmart 2575. I recommend Officetronics to anyone who wants there products quickly.

    I ordered an HP 5550N and the product came same day. I didnt realize there facility was 12 miles away from me. This is what I call speedy delivery. I setup the machine and every thing works as promised. I will be using these guys much more. There prices are one of the lowest and service is awesome.

    Placed an order for a hewlett packard 2605DN product came in 2 days in good condition. i would recommend officetronics to my friends. price was one of the lowest and had very good feedback from customers on pricegrabber.

    I placed an order for a HP 7310 Printer and a HP 5550N and both came in great shape. Products came new as promised. I dont know what more to say than these guys are reputable and they answer there phones when you call. Thanks Officetronics!

    I have been using Officetronics.com for a long time now. This is the first review that I came across where I could somethign about them. There prices are very competitive and there service is very excellent. Out of the maybe 20 some out orders I have done with them I only had 1 problem and that was a freight damage in which I cant blame them for. Anyhow thanks again Officetronics keep up the good work guys!

    I received the wrong product in a very short time and refused delivery. I called Officetronics first thing the next day and they told me the correct product was being shipped that day. I still have not received it and cancelled the order 21 days after the original order.I was promised and promised that it was being shipped and even was given a bogus tracking number. I have called daily over the past week and every day was told the product was being shipped that day; it never happened.I am very disappointed and upset at their service. At least they could have been honest with me!
