Duration of ownership: 8 Months

Strengths: At 1st I thought this would be the BEST Norton ... after Using, and having my Comp destroyed, I got RID OF NORTON!!!

Weaknesses:Bad protection, Terrible support, way too costly for what you get. I had a load of problems with 360, and then I got a virus that pretty much trashed my HD. Geek squad got my info back, and since HP has the recovery drive, I was able to keep my computer!!

Overall Evaluation: DO NOT BUY!! Get Kaspersky, and save $$ AND your computer!!!

Duration of ownership: 4 Months

Strengths: Most parts of program work well.

Weaknesses:TERRIBLE customer support.

Overall Evaluation: Since I installed 360 on my Vista computer I generally like the program if they could only get it together regarding their customer support. I have emailed them 6 TIMES! on a problem that I have with their online storage system and HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REPLY IN OVER A WEEK!!! I am serious about this and anyone who would like documentation email me and I'll gladly provide it. It seems that every time I've needed customer support either in a chat session with their "support personnel" or through e-mail I have had nothing but problems. I am in the process of deciding whether to wait a little longer or just say the heck with it and purchase McAfee!!!

Strengths: includes all internet security features

Weaknesses:it might stop your computer after installing

Overall Evaluation: The good thing about this software is that it comes with all critical internet security feature, which makes this software a plus. Howerver, be prepared that it might hang up your system upon installation. This weakness has been around with most norton softwares and it has never been improved.

Strengths: Exellent defense for your computer.

Weaknesses:Slow the computer when startup your computer

Overall Evaluation: I should admit it is an excellent software which have all security functions such as anti virus, internet serurity and so on. But like most of the anti-virus softwares, they will take up system resource and slow the computer, especially when computer starts up.

Overall Evaluation: Too many issues, install was a pain. It slowed down my computer, blocked access to common websites, and generally took a lot of work. It took me about 1 hour on chat to get support yet, nothing was resolved, what a waste of money, cannot return software.
