I purchased an L7780 2 weeks ago and had to return it because it kept spitting out half printed pages and many pages with one line of random characters printed at the top. 12 hours on HP chat with 5 different technicians and they couldn't resolve the issue. We went through dozens of "Try this". They all said it was a software problem, but I uninstalled and reinstalled the software 4 times according to their instructio
