    Duration of ownership: 3 Months

    Strengths: nothing special

Weaknesses:Routing is horrible. It would have had me back tracking, going on secondary roads and back alleys, address location off by considerable distance.

Overall Evaluation: Not at all what I had hoped.

    Duration of ownership: 6 Months

Strengths: The best travelling companion you will ever have. Bare none. No exceptions.

Weaknesses:Not 100% accurate about Points of Interest. Newer businesses will not be there. Speakers are too small to be an enjoyable MP3 player. When travelling 60 miles per hour you will be about 1/10th a mile ahead of the actual onscreen readout of your position.

Overall Evaluation: Extremely reliable. Very trustworthy. Can find the GPS satellites even while inside my garage with the garage door open. Remarkable devise. Well over 6 millions Points of Interest (POI), For example, all the MacDonalds in the United States count as 1 point of interest. Excellent Audio Book player. Always remembers where you left off in the book when you return. Just the right size. A larger screen is not needed. Totally portable from car to car. Easy to learn. I will never drive without one again.

Strengths: It does what I bought it for. Directions!

Weaknesses:Could have better and louder speaker.

Overall Evaluation: Drove from McAllen ,Tx to Toledo, Ohio and never had to look at a map! I previewed the route it picked and it was the one I reg. follow. Aprox. 1700 mi. with out a mistake! I missed a cutoff in Mamphis,Tenn. and it turned me around at the next off ramp. If you have ever driven in Dallas you know the traffic on the belt way. No looking for the ramps or which side of the road to be on.

    Duration of ownership:

Strengths: Garmin is top GPS brand. nuvi 350 is fast, reliable, and small. It used to cost $300+, so $200 is a great deal!

Weaknesses:However, Garmin has discontinued 350, so it shiped with outdated 2006 (v7) or 2007 (v8) map. If you travel to areas with many new buildings, you need to buy 2009 map, which costs $56-$70.

Overall Evaluation: If you need Bluetooth or MP3 player, buy nuvi 350 and upgrade to 2009 map. If not, buy nuvi 260 which includes 2008/2009 map.

    Duration of ownership:

Strengths: easy to operate and understand.directions are very clear and the picture is very clear.

Weaknesses:voice mode is difficult to understand while driving if radio is on.will not always show the best route on first pass.

Overall Evaluation: Like that it is small and can be programmed very easy. the direction voice needs to be increased on the volume for better clarity while driving. Used it on a long trip and made life alot easier in heavy traffic and construction situations. Would definitely recommed it for users that have never used a GPS.
