Overall Evaluation: Great seller I bought a Plasma from DealCost.com and I had a great experience with them after talking to one of there sales reps I was very happy about the product I was buying because i got a much cheaper price on the Plasma then i would have in the retail stores plus I also got an extended warranty that I was originally going to buy for my plasma and i also paid much less then i would have paid for it in a retail store thank you DealCost outstanding job This was my first purchase with them and definetly not my last.

Strengths: nice cabinet design. once you get the colors adjusted they show beautifully, deep blacks.
Weaknesses:some non hd shows do not show so well, blurry and grainy. Owners manual is not so informative. I have a blue box with the number 3 that pops up on right upper corner of tv everytime sound changes from mono to stereo and I have searched manual up and down to find out how to remove it, does anybody know?? Non hd shows (some of them) are a little blurry and grainy, would a hdmi cable possibly help?
Overall Evaluation: I think that for the price I paid it's a good beginner LCD (cc, $1299 black friday). This is my first LCD and maybe I expected a little more out of it. The hd is good, I have seen better.

Strengths: Great price, also hit a Black Friday deal and took it. Sharp delivers good quality. I've had a 32" Aquos for 2 years and love it, so really excited to get the 46" and move my 32" into my bedroom.
Weaknesses:I'm sure something will come up...just haven't had time...at the price it's hard to complain. Comparable 46" go much higher. The stand is a bit clunky, even though it has the same nice finish, but given the TV's size I guess that's the need.
Overall Evaluation: Great TV, great price, great quality. Love the picture, HD looks fantastic, and with digital cable (Comcast), the standard channels look really nice.
For the person whose brightness adjusts automatically, check out page 26 on your manual. You might have the OPC setting on. That's a light detector, so if there's a lot of light in the room the screen gets brighter, if there's less light it dims, and you can tweak that somewhat. I've always kept it on for my 32" and I find it helpful, but if it's dimming too far definitely should be adjusted.

Strengths: price, number and location of inputs
Weaknesses:where to start?
Overall Evaluation: Well, you know if you experienced Sony before, this one is just a joke. However- you get what you pay for. I guess I better stop right here. I had to buy one more LCD and didn't need to get one more Bravia. But listen up, stop misleading people, it is just a cheap Sharp.

Overall Evaluation: well, this is one good deal, this tv is all good, one thing i advice who ever is buying soon (this tv or any HDTV). please prepare the right conditions for those kind of tv's to work, then complain later. an HDTV needs an HD output in order to work as it was intended to. wheather you are with a dish or a cable company, call them and make sure your box or receiver is good enough to get HD channels. do not expect your new widescreen HDTV to display SD (standard definition) channels as good as your boxed old TV set. why
