This tool deletes files infected with the W32.Sircam.Worm@mm worm. It also removes changes the virus may have made to your computer. The worm appends a random document from the infected PC to itself and sends this new file via e-mail to others.

If your system uses D/M/Y as the date format, there is a 1 in 20 chance that the worm may delete all files and directories on your C: drive. There is a 1 in 33 chance it may fill all remaining space on your hard disk.
